Saturday morning cartoon about a family of aviators?
I'm trying to remember the title of a Saturday morning cartoon. It was about a family of aviators, in which each member of the family had his own distinctive airplane. This included a grandfather who flew a World War I biplane. Anyone remember this one? Login to reply to this topicComments:
Nope. As I always ask when I'm stumped by questions like this, when did you see it? A time frame would help in identifying it.

Sorry, should have given a time frame.
I remember watching it as a kid, so late 1960s or early 1970s.
For once my memory didn't fail me. I thought that it was Sky Hawks,
a companion series to Hot Wheels. And, I was right. Both shows were produced for Mattel, and, ran from '69 to '71 on ABC. For more information go to en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sky_Hawks. It's where, after CNet's TV.com failed me, I verified my memory.
Thanks for remembering. We have several excellent animation reference works at the library where I work, but without remembering the title or any other details, I wasn't able to look the show up in any of them.
